Full job description

Are you fluent in Japanese, passionate about healthcare, and dedicated to providing world-class patient service? Join our team to bridge language cultural gaps, ensuring our Japanese clients receive the highest standard of medical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate Japanese-English interpretation during medical consultations and meetings.
  • Translate medical reports, intake forms, and official correspondence.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, online reservations, and explaining health card benefits.
  • Guide medical staff on Japanese cultural norms and communication styles (such as keigo) to build trust.
  • Help with patient intake, follow-ups, discharge instructions, and maintaining service records.
  • Maintain absolute patient confidentiality and uphold healthcare interpreter ethics.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of related work experience. (Experience handling Japanese clients or accounts is a plus!)

Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare experience is required for this position.

Language Skills: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 level).

Location: Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
