Job Summary

The Janitor / Helper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of the store to ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for customers and employees. The role also provides general assistance to store operations as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including dining area, counter, kitchen, storage, restrooms, and staff areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and surfaces
• Properly dispose of trash and ensure waste segregation procedures are followed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly and replenish supplies (soap, tissue, paper towels)
• Assist in basic store tasks such as receiving supplies, organizing stock, and moving items
• Support baristas and store staff during peak hours when needed
• Ensure cleaning tools, equipment, and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
• Comply with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• At least High School level or equivalent
• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or helper roles is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
