Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project-Based Office Staff to support HR operations. The role involves handling employee records, performing data entry, and assisting with recruitment-related clerical tasks. This position requires strong accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage routine administrative work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and file employee 201 records
- Perform data entry and encoding tasks
- Assist with recruitment-related clerical work (e.g., document preparation, checking of emails, records management)
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all HR documents
