Customer Service Representative (Local Account)
Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers and represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.

Complaint Resolution

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions within established service standards.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
