Job Summary:
Managed Security Operations Center L1 Analyst Perform the level 1 monitoring and detection of security alerts from the different MSOC customer network. MSOC L1 analyst monitors an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes monitoring security systems, apps, and networks for anomalies that could suggest a breach and updating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• To do all assigned tasks by the management in a timely and effective manner as deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization.
• Support in carrying out SOC-as-Service project system implementations for customers using the IT service management framework, which involves the whole ITSM and ITIL Framework.
• Monitors security alert, health of security sensors and endpoint from SIEM / EDR / XDR.
• Identifies any security breach that can harm the sensitive data and information of the organization.
• Collects data and context necessary to initiate Incident Response work.
• Creates tickets and ensure regular update to tickets is being performed.
• Escalates all the alerts to SOC Specialist Level 2 / Shift Lead that has been categorized as actionable information security incidents.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least less than 1 year of experience
• Technical Skills: Familiarity on the following: ITIL- IP Networking- Monitoring Systems (SIEM, WAF, EDR/XDR) Network Troubleshooting Systems Troubleshooting Application / Web Programming Cybersecurity Fundamentals Firewall intrusion detection, prevention, and protocol
• CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA certification is a plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
