Full job description

  • Effectively manage and monitor stock levels inventory by establishing and perform regular audit and inventory count (In DC and stores).
  • Set standards for receiving, merchandising, stocking, returning, and storing products.
  • Set an acceptable level of shrinkage and ensure that it is maintained within the set level.
  • Analyze data in DC and store to find factors that cause shrinkage and variances.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify causes and issues of shrinkage and variances and implement process improvement.
  • Recommends operational policies and goals to the company’s management.
  • Manage damaged stock, obsolete, slow-moving product and implement process for reduction.
  • Review service levels regularly and reconcile system inventory records with physical stock to maintain accuracy.
  • Report and analyze data and present results to Management when necessary.
  • Manage and lead the inventory control team, providing coaching, training, and guide inventory control supervisors, assistants, and other personnel by setting schedules, and monitoring performances.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management/Administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Inventory Control in retail industry).
  • Ability to work as a team and work outside (in all Stores and DC locations).

Other Qualifications

  • Experience and familiar with Inventory Management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
