Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Remote – Philippines
Reports To: Head of Supply Chain

Role Purpose

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of supply, production, repackaging, and logistics activities across the business.

Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and external service partners, this role ensures stock movements, repackaging activities, reporting, and operational follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident taking ownership of tasks, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply & Production Planning

  • Support supply and production planning activities for assigned product portfolios.
  • Monitor inventory requirements, production schedules, material availability, and purchase order activity.
  • Identify supply risks, potential shortages, and delays early, and coordinate with suppliers, production teams, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to support timely resolution.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain product availability while minimising excess stock.
  • Assist with stock planning and supply chain improvement initiatives.

Repackaging Coordination

  • Raise, track, and manage repackaging work orders through to completion.
  • Coordinate stock movements between 3PL warehouses and external repackaging facilities.
  • Liaise with repackaging partners regarding schedules, priorities, job status, and completion timelines.
  • Proactively follow up on delays and expedite urgent requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of repackaging activities and stock movements.

Transport & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate transport arrangements between warehouses, suppliers, and repackaging facilities.
  • Support selection of cost-effective transport solutions based on pallet quantities, urgency, and delivery requirements.
  • Track shipments and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
  • Work with logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and maintain service levels.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports for the Head of Supply Chain.
  • Maintain supply chain trackers, KPI reports, and operational records.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations, stock investigations, and documentation related to stock movements.
  • Ensure supply chain data and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, 3PL providers, transport companies, and repackaging partners.
  • Provide timely updates regarding job status, risks, delays, and required actions.
  • Escalate issues promptly and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across all supply chain activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, production planning, or customer service.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the wider team.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and external service partners.
  • Experience in FMCG, OTC, pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, or consumer goods industries is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience coordinating third-party providers and managing operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting inventory management, reporting, and supply chain administration.
