Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Intern to join our Learning and Development team. This role will focus on supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs across our farms and plant operations. The intern will assist in delivering learning sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring smooth implementation of development initiatives on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training sessions at farm and plant locations
• Coordinate with site HR and operations teams to schedule and deploy learning activities
• Help develop training materials and track attendance and feedback
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of training outcomes
• Scanning and summarizing 3-4 years of APA data.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource only.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel to farms and plant sites.
• Passionate about learning and employee development
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good scholastic record is an advantage;
• Office assignment will be in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
• With Internship allowance.

Pay: Php755.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
