AT A GLANCE

The Shoot Production Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of brand shoots. This role assists with production logistics, shoot preparation, on-set coordination, and post-shoot organization to help ensure shoots are completed efficiently and according to creative requirements.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Shoot Planning & Coordination

• Assist in coordinating shoot schedules, call sheets, locations, equipment, and other production requirements.
• Support the preparation of props, wardrobe, products, and other materials needed for shoots.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, talents, photographers, videographers, and other production partners as needed.
• Help track shoot requirements, timelines, and production-related expenses.

On-Set Production Support

• Provide on-site assistance during photo and video shoots, including set preparation and production errands.
• Help ensure products, props, wardrobe, and other shoot materials are properly prepared and available on set.
• Assist the production team in coordinating talents and other shoot participants.
• Monitor and organize production materials throughout the shoot.
• Support the team in addressing basic on-set requirements and last-minute production needs.

Post-Shoot & Administrative Support

• Assist in organizing shoot files, production documents, and other post-shoot materials.
• Help coordinate the turnover of photos, videos, and other assets to relevant teams.
• Maintain production trackers, contact lists, and other documentation.
• Support other creative and production-related projects as assigned.

YOUR TALENT

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong interest in photo, video, and creative production.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and assist during shoots, including occasional extended hours when required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of creative tools is an advantage.

Pay: Php48.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
