About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to support the visual branding and marketing efforts of our Australian-based seafood retail business. The intern will help create engaging content that promotes our frozen seafood products, special offers, and brand presence across digital and print platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or aspiring designers to gain real-world experience in retail marketing, social media content creation, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
• Create promotional materials such as product advertisements, sale announcements, flyers, posters, and banners.
• Develop visual content showcasing seafood products, pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist in creating email marketing graphics and website banners.
• Edit and enhance product photos for marketing use.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Organize and maintain design files and marketing assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing design work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Basic photo editing and image retouching skills.
• Understanding of retail, food, or e-commerce marketing is a plus.

Pay: Php5,000.00 - Php6,000.00 per hour
