Job Summary:
Job Description: Computer Café Attendant / Barista

Responsible for assisting customers, managing PC operations, performing basic troubleshooting, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining café cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, and common PC applications.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for PCs, peripherals, and internet connectivity.
• Basic barista skills; experience in coffee preparation is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, attentive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with computer rentals, account registration, and basic technical concerns.
• Monitor computer units and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to established standards.
• Handle cashiering, customer transactions, and daily sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, gaming stations, and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor inventory of café supplies, ingredients, and other essential items.
• Ensure customers follow café rules and maintain a comfortable environment.
• Perform other duties related to daily café operations as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in PC gaming and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Experience in coffee preparation, beverage service, or food and beverage operations is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
