Full job description

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Install, configure, maintain computer systems, servers, networks devices, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Set up new users account, e-mail addresses and access permissions.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT-related equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures especially those related to IT and information security.
  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
  • Candidate must have strong knowledge of operating systems and must be proficient in software installation and configuration.
  • With strong problem-solving skill for IT-related issues and concerns.
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of programming.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years related working experience.
  • Candidate must be a team player, and can work well with employees of all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
