Full job description
Job Title: Admissions Support
Work Setup: WFH setup
Job Summary:
The Admissions Support role provides administrative and operational assistance to the admissions team, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting communication between prospective students, parents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, or chat.
- Assist with processing applications, enrollment forms, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the admissions system.
- Coordinate interviews, campus visits, and onboarding schedules as needed.
- Support the admissions team with reporting and tracking metrics.
- Help streamline administrative processes and implement operational improvements.
- Assist in creating and distributing communications and materials to prospective students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed, especially during peak enrollment periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
