Position Overview

We are seeking a Interior Designer proficient in Chief Architect to join our client's design team as a support resource for their assistant designers. This role is central to bringing rendering work in-house — you will produce photorealistic renderings of kitchen and bathroom designs, generate detailed layouts for lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems, and provide drafting support that complements the team's design workflow. Chief Architect proficiency from day one is a critical, non-negotiable requirement for this position; prior interior design expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Rendering & Design Support

• Operate Chief Architect to produce accurate CAD/3D drawings, with a primary focus on kitchen and bathroom design projects
• Render CAD/3D drawings into photorealistic images to support client presentations and design approvals
• Manage a consistent rendering workload of approximately 4–5 renderings per week, with the flexibility to handle spikes of up to 15 renderings during high-demand periods
• Support the goal of bringing rendering capabilities fully in-house to reduce turnaround times and eliminate workflow bottlenecks

Design & Drafting

• Produce layouts and detailed plans covering lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems for kitchen and bathroom projects
• Provide drafting support that complements and reinforces the rendering workflow
• Create, manage, and control CAD files, supporting documentation, and prints
• Import and export files for use across related design and engineering programs

Quality & Standards

• Ensure drawing and information integrity in full compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Uphold professional and technical communication standards across all documentation and team interactions
• Apply established drafting theory and standards consistently throughout all deliverables

Collaboration & Communication

• Work as an assistant to the assistant designers, integrating seamlessly into the team's existing Chief Architect workflow
• Communicate clearly and proactively across teams to support seamless project execution and rendering turnaround

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to operate Chief Architect from the start — this is a critical, non-negotiable requirement
• Demonstrated experience producing photorealistic renderings from CAD/3D drawings
• Experience specifically in kitchen and bathroom design projects
• Ability to produce layouts and detailed plans for lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Highly adaptive to new concepts, tools, and techniques
• Comfortable operating in a support role (assistant to the assistant designers) rather than a lead design capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD Plant 3D
• Background in a fabrication, manufacturing, or design/drafting environment
• Familiarity with cross-functional design workflows and documentation control
• Prior experience supporting high-volume rendering turnaround (e.g., managing rendering queues or batch output)
• Interior design exposure is a plus but not required — Chief Architect proficiency takes priority

Work Schedule & Availability

• Adherence to the client's time zone and schedule is a must
• Availability to accommodate rendering demand spikes (up to 15 renderings/week) as needed

Pay: Php300.00 per hour
