Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.

  • Assist with returns and refund requests.
  • Recommend suitable alternative products when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns as necessary.

Qualifications
