Role Description:

IT Support will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support users across various branches. This full-time, on-site role includes installation, repair, and configuration of computer systems, and may involve regular fieldwork and travel.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting and local network setup.
  • Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software installation.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • With a valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to travel and perform field work in the area assigned.
  • Willing to be trained in Cebu for 1 month.
  • Available to start immediately.
