Job description:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Install and configure hardware and software

Assist customers in resolving technical problems independently

Collect customer feedback to improve processes Monitor and maintain networks and servers

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years experience preferably with experience in E-commerce

Degree in Computer Science or any related field

With basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting

With good communication skills

With knowledge on windows server, batch scripting

With basic sql knowledge (a plus)

Preferably, residing/near LIIP, Binan, Laguna

Must be willing to work Monday to Friday, pure onsite, compressed time 8am to 630pm or 9am to 730pm.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
