Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serves as 1st layer support to provide customer service support requested by the clients from cross-functional team but not more than SAP Security or Project Scope.

· Work closely with senior consultants to analyze client needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement SAP solutions.

· Analyze system data, generate performance reports, and identify technical gaps.

· Troubleshoot day-to-day functional and SAP system issues and requests.

· Perform simple to hard SAP Security related requests.

· Handling user provisioning, lock/unlock requests, and segregation of duties (SoD) conflict checks.

· Building and modifying SAP security roles and authorization profiles

· Communicate with clients through written and verbal communication platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Outlook etc.)

· To support and attend daily meetings with clients and provide the information needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least 1 – 2 years of professional experience.

· Bachelor’s degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

· Understanding of the cross-functional team concept.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.

· Must be willing to work On-site (Occasional).

· Ability to work independently, proactively seek answers to immediate questions, and prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

· Goal-oriented with a winning mindset.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
