• Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and security alarms on a continuous basis.
• Detect, assess, and report suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with security guards and the Property Management team for immediate response to incidents.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, visitor concerns, and daily monitoring activities.
• Retrieve, review, and archive CCTV footage for incident investigations and authorized requests.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all surveillance equipment and security systems are fully operational.
• Immediately report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repair.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive security information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and data privacy regulations.
• Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Security Supervisor.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of any course; graduates of Criminology or related fields are preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably in a commercial building, office tower, mall, or mixed-use development.
• With a CCTV Operator Certificate or relevant security training is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and security operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to remain composed during emergencies.

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
