JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supported Quality Assurance (QA) operations in vehicle logistics, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards.
• Facilitated and supported inspection process training for operational teams.
• Managed and consolidated Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Monitored project timelines, coordinated meetings, and implemented corrective or catch-up plans to prevent delays.
• Maintained and updated quality data and hold-unit records in SAP to ensure accuracy, traceability, and reporting reliability.
• Assisted in audit preparation, including checklist development and QA planning activities.
• Participated in daily cross-functional meetings to align delivery standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB QUALIFCATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, vehicle logistics, supply chain, or related operations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation control processes is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; experience in maintaining quality data and records is an advantage.
• Familiarity with audit preparation, checklist development, and compliance standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
• Willing to work ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
