Job Description:

  • Oversee the importation of goods to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and drayage (trucking) companies to schedule timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and track shipment progress, proactively resolving any delays or issues.
  • Prepare and review import-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Maintain proof of delivery records with truckers and freight forwarders, ensuring all shipments are billed on the same day they are delivered.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure the accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of imported goods.
  • Maintain precise inventory records for all imported shipments.
  • Manage 3PL invoicing and inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree graduate.
  • With experience in logistics support and ocean freight.
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on a Night Shift Schedule
  • Willing to work onsite in Madrigal, Alabang
