Draw Processing Job Functions

• Experience in processing LOAN is a MUST!
• Responsible for Processing all Draw Requests received
• Communicating with borrowers about draw requirements and payouts
• Entering draw requests and sending to Rehab Coordinator for inspection
• Coordinating all necessary inspections
• Insuring lockbox/access information for all properties is in the loan file
• Processing all draw payouts with accounting

Other Skills, Functions, & Responsibilities

• Weekly meetings with supervisor and team
• Upload loan documentation & records into the company database.
• Prepares and updates weekly scorecard
• Data mining, collection, and entry
• Calendar Management
• Email Management
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
