Job Description
- Document Processing: Prepare, verify, and process vital shipping and customs paperwork
- Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, overseas agents, and vendors, providing transparent status updates, milestones, and exception alerts.
- Manifest Management & Submission: Prepare, compile, and format Inward and Outward Cargo Manifests for all incoming and outgoing international shipments.
- Customs Portal Lodgement: Electronically transmit and monitor e-manifest data to customs platforms
- Vessel & Flight Tracking: Track vessel/aircraft arrivals, monitor registration numbers, and secure shipping lines’ manifest layouts to sync data accurately.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree, strongly preferred in BS Customs Administration, Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience specializing in import/export documentation or manifest processing within an NVOCC, shipping line, or forwarder ecosystem.
- Hands-on proficiency with E2M customs systems and electronic manifest filing utilities
- Familiarity with internal logistics and manifest-building engines
- With strong attention to detail
- Experience as a Team Leader, preferably supervising and monitoring daily team performance and productivity
