Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least a graduate of 4-year course related to Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Customs Administration, Supply Chain courses
  • With experience or knowledge with Aviation/ MRO industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Import Responsibilities:

  • Ensure aircraft maintenance operational requirements are met.
  • Ensure all incoming/outgoing shipments are properly monitored and documented.
  • Update and monitor the DSS for preparation of on check phase.
  • Ensure data reliability of all incoming/outgoing shipment.
  • Coordinate shipment with the nominated forwarder.
  • Handles IP approval and monitoring.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on shipping requirements and status.
