Job Summary

The Export Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end export process of the company’s products, ensuring that international orders and shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with export regulations and company policies. The role works closely with customers, distributors, freight forwarders, logistics providers, internal sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless delivery of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing and coordination of export orders, from order confirmation through shipment and delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and other required shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, vessel bookings, cargo status, and delivery timelines, and proactively address delays or issues.
• Ensure export transactions comply with relevant customs requirements, trade regulations, documentation standards, and destination-country requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure order and shipment requirements are met.
• Liaise with international customers, distributors, and partners regarding order status, shipping schedules, documentation, and other export requirements.
• Monitor inventory availability and production schedules in relation to confirmed export orders.
• Review export-related charges, shipping costs, and other logistics expenses and coordinate discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, shipping documents, customer requirements, and shipment performance.
• Prepare regular reports on export orders, shipments, delivery status, and other relevant export KPIs.
• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, customs concerns, and customer complaints.
• Support the continuous improvement of export processes to improve accuracy, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Perform other export and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with a strong interest in export operations, international trade, logistics, or supply chain.
• Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in export operations, international logistics, shipping, supply chain, or a related field are highly encouraged to apply. Experience in FMCG, food, manufacturing, or consumer goods is an advantage.
• For fresh graduates, internship or academic exposure to export documentation, international trade, logistics, supply chain, or customs processes is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in export operations and international trade.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
