Job Summary:

  • Supports the implementation of Learning and Development related to Soft Skill of the organization for the employee growth and career development, fostering a positive learning culture, and supporting talent retention efforts in order to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate in the degree of Psychology or any 4-year course,
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Training and Development,
  • With knowledge of Training Needs Analysis/Competency Assessment/Training Module Design.
  • With good interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administers, collects and analyzes training needs of employees. Reports consolidated TNA with immediate superior in order to identify and address the gaps in skills development of employees.
  • Provides support in designing and development of training materials, programs, schedules and training room improvement. Seeks and consults with training vendors in relation to the competency requirement of the organization to recommend appropriate action related to training and development activities.
  • Designs and develops training programs.
  • Organizes logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation, to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and meet the planned objectives of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and IIndividual Training and Curriculum Survey (ITCS) for employees.
  • Coordinates with appropriate HRD sub-team related to the Training Evaluation result, consolidates and intially analyzes it then reports to immediate superior in order while providing proposal for concrete improvements in relation to training materials, method, learning application and facilities. Analyzes suitability of program to the training objective achievement.
  • Attends in certification audits, updates budget monitoring, cooperates with company-wide activities (5S, ESH, RBA, Function Map).
