AI & Digital Transformation

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business value, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives, including strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate emerging technologies and digital strategies into practical business solutions.

2. IT Strategy & Project Management

  • Proven ability to manage complex IT processes and develop effective, high-level strategic solutions.
  • Experienced in overseeing and managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable organizational value.

3. IT Financial & Resource Management

  • Strong expertise in IT budget planning, cost management, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to optimize IT investments while balancing business priorities, operational requirements, and cost efficiency.

4. Leadership & People Management

  • Strong leadership capabilities combined with the technical expertise required to effectively lead IT teams and initiatives.
  • People-oriented leader with the ability to motivate, develop, coach, and inspire team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage a multi-generational workforce, particularly younger professionals, including Gen Z employees.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

5. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving

  • Excellent strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, high-pressure, and challenging situations.
  • Able to assess risks, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions aligned with organizational goals.

6. Business Continuity & Risk Management

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Risk Management.
  • Ability to identify potential business and IT risks and develop effective mitigation, contingency, and continuity strategies.
  • Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Transformation (DX), and IT strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of leveraging AI to improve business value, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT operations and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise in IT budget planning, cost management, resource allocation, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multi-generational teams, including Gen Z professionals.
  • Combination of strong technical expertise and strategic leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Risk Management, and risk mitigation.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
