IT Associate

Job Description:

  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network infrastructure
  • Provide support for PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
  • Diagnose and resolve software and system-related issues
  • Assist in the basic configuration and monitoring of CCTV systems
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio equipment including speakers, mixers, and microphones
  • Manage and support visual display systems such as LED walls, projectors, and monitors Additional Job Description
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and business systems
  • Provide technical support for meetings, events, and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
  • Prepare technical reports and incident documentation

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, IP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Familiarity with PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
  • Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of CCTV systems and monitoring tools is an advantage

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
