Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Strong background in remote IT support, troubleshooting, and systems administration, ensuring secure and reliable IT environments.
  • Proficient in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Experience in web design, development, and website maintenance
  • Experience in developing practical digital solutions to improve business processes
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability to emerging technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Familiar with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and database systems
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
