Full job description

Warehouse staff are responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Core duties include unloading delivery trucks, inspecting items for damage, picking and packing orders, operating equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts, and maintaining accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.

  • Receiving & Storing: Unload incoming shipments, verify items against purchase orders, and safely store them in designated warehouse locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Retrieve, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely shipping to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and report any damaged, missing, or discrepant goods.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, or automated systems, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety protocols to keep the facility clean, organized, and free of hazards.
