Job duties & responsibilities:

• Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team
• Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
• Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure merit-based recruitment principles and the best possible recruitment strategies
• Provide expert advice and support to management and staff in line with policies and procedures and relevant legislation
• Support reviewing team leaders and managers with performance management and disciplinary issues
• Develop and implement initiatives to support employee engagement
• Management of HR Strategic initiatives that support the strategic goals of the broader business
• Provide management and staff with comprehensive, professional HR advice
• Ensure the HR and IR compliance and legislative needs of the organization are met and communicated
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members in collaboration with team leaders and managers
• HR Administration such as position descriptions, contracts of employment
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate policies and procedures to deliver an appropriate compliance framework and minimize risk
• Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
• Prepare HR reports regularly and participate in our Management Meetings

Qualifications & requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Managerial role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong communication and customer service to establish good relationships with management and employees
• Demonstrated experience in leading, supervising, and developing a successful team
• Strong ability to drive a positive culture, working with and promoting the organization’s values and behaviors.
• A thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of all applicable legislation
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
• Proven capacity for working within a team environment, and utilizing initiative
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Be outcome-driven and organized, with strong attention to detail
• A problem solver with the ability to think outside the square
• Can handle multiple companies ( Internal and External)

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
