Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Services Supervisor to support and partner with operations’ supervisors and managers on key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement. This role serves as a trusted HR partner, helping ensure consistent HR practices, positive employee experiences, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned teams, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
• Support recruitment activities by conducting in-person interviews and evaluating candidate fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operations’ supervisors and managers by conducting client/partner orientation, coordinating performance and regularization feedback, and addressing HR-related requests and escalations.
• Support employee relations and compliance initiatives through workforce reporting, attendance monitoring, records management, PTO coordination, and onsite workforce scheduling.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, company events, communications, and programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including training administration, vendor coordination, and certification processes.
• Develop internal communication and branding materials to support employee engagement and company initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with strong exposure to employee relations and employee engagement in the BPO industry.
• Experience working directly with clients, employees/operations, or U.S.-based stakeholders is required.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or business units.
• Knowledge of performance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Strong English communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience using HR systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, or growing organization is preferred.
• Amenable for a permanent hybrid setup with two onsite days weekly.
• Amenable for a mid-shift schedule.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
