Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and records management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership qualities, takes initiative, and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases accurately.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leaves for payroll processing.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating payroll-related documents, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Take initiative in implementing and enhancing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions, orientations, and performance evaluation schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and HR best practices.
  • Support disciplinary procedures by preparing documentation and participating when required.
  • Demonstrate leadership in improving HR workflows and addressing issues proactively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and company information at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Officer, or similar HR role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative in resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
