HR Officer

Job Type: Full-time
Location: ANTIPOLO CITY

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping.
  • Coordinate payroll-related documents.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and HR procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documents as required.
  • Support performance evaluation and disciplinary processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Fresh Graduate with basic knowledge are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
