Summary Job Description:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors, including training, and scheduling.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
• Train sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors on effective customer service techniques and monitor their interactions with customers.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Set sales goals and targets for the store and work with the team to achieve them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback on areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Average communication skills and problem solving skills
• Proven experience in Store Supervisor leadership role
• Effective team management and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Store operations, Inventory management, Marketing, Customer service and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Proficient in MS Office and Related Applications
• Pleasing Personality
