Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Guest Services Representative will continually strive for the development of sales in the restaurant. He/she is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in guest handling, from greeting and taking orders to clearing tables and processing bills, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
