Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and attend to guests promptly.
• Present menus, recommend items, and answer questions.
• Take and repeat orders accurately; inform guests of unavailable items.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring completeness.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen/bar staff for special requests.
• Refill drinks, check back with guests, and handle complaints respectfully.
• Issue bills, process payments, and pack take-out orders.
• Clear tables, stock service stations, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Maintain professionalism and provide positive guest experiences.
