Job Summary:

Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Uses listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information. Answers incoming calls and directs them to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments. To provide exceptional front desk services through the efficient handling of incoming calls, guest complaints & requests, and food and beverage orders.

Requirement/Skills :

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends & holidays
  • Can speak/understand basic english
  • Verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Works well independently or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • With pleasing personality
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel
  • A positive attitude
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to assign in North EDSA

Educational Attainment:

  • At least High School Graduate or College Graduate
