We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Agent in our Metro Manila Sites! This is for urgent hiring, don’t miss this opportunity and Apply Now!
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per hour
