Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an Insurance Account to assist policyholders, clients, and partners with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, coverage, and payments. You will provide accurate, professional, and compliant support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel bookings, customer inquiries, and cancellations for guests and partners.
  • Offer precise details on room availability, pricing, amenities, and policies.
  • Process reservations efficiently and without errors.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
  • Achieve performance goals related to efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Keep thorough and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Work Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full paid insurance account and compliance training provided

What to Expect:
- Compliance-driven, detail-oriented environment
- Exposure to insurance policies, claims processing, and customer service

Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules
