Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms of the Hotel. The position ensures that all accommodations are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests, contributing to a positive guest experience and the resort's quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Duties

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, cottages, villas, and other accommodation units.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
  • Ensure rooms are properly arranged and presentable before guest check-in.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
  • Replenish room amenities and housekeeping supplies.

Guest Service

  • Respond courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.
  • Provide prompt assistance to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Report guest complaints or concerns to the Hotel Manager immediately.

Inventory and Asset Care

  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed.
  • Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Safeguard resort property, furnishings, linens, and equipment.
  • Report lost and found items according to resort procedures.

Health, Safety, and Security

  • Follow all Hotel sanitation, safety, and security policies.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and materials.
  • Observe safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and resort operations.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in housekeeping is an advantage.
  • Capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by resort operations.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per day
