Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Tier 2 HelpDesk Engineers with strong backgrounds in Rukus switches, Aruba switches, Fortinet firewalls - and extensive experience in the Hotel industry (hotels, resorts, casinos, MDU) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in providing end-user support, particularly in cloud-hosted, Microsoft environments and equally comfortable with desktop and server support. Candidates also should have expertise working with access point controllers, VLANs and switches, such as Ruckus, Aruba, and Fortinet products.

  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • Key-card systems
  • PBX/telephony
  • Digital signage

  • Payment terminals
  • Interfaces between systems
  • Moving devices between VLANs (often utilizing PuTTY)
  • Whitelisting device MACs (often utilizing WinBox)

Common hotel tech includes:

  • Oracle OPERA PMS
  • Oracle MICROS
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Cisco Meraki
  • VingCard

Useful certifications include:

  • CCNA
  • CompTIA A+ / Net +
  • Meraki ECMS1, ECMS2 or equivalents
