IT Assistant

Makati City (Head Office)

DMCI Hospitality and Leisure, Inc. is looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to Head Office employees and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment, including support for our upcoming resort property in Batangas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in a Hotel industry is an advantage
  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT operations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, printers, and basic network infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Willing to provide onsite support when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Assist in user account management, software deployment, and system access requests
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, licenses, and equipment records
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, systems, and security measures
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as may be assigned
