Position: Café Supervisor

Location: Ayala Centrio Mall or SM CDO Downtown Premier, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Summary

The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role leads and motivates café staff, monitors inventory and sales performance, and ensures compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • With at least 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or food service establishment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledgeable in café operations, inventory management, and customer service
  • Good communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Customer focused and results oriented
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, train, coach, and evaluate café staff performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory levels, stock requisitions, and supply monitoring
