Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and hands-on Food Service Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of our company canteen. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations and delivering a high-quality dining experience for employees. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in food service or hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCanteen Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the canteen
- Supervise and lead canteen staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Implement and maintain cost control measures
- Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall dining experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or any course related to canteen or food operations.
- Proven experience in manpower supervision and leadership
- Background in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Hardworking and willing to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Physically fit and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
