Hotel Restaurant Service jobs

Room attendant's job is to clean and organize guest rooms and public areas of a hotel. They also provide customer service and ensure that rooms are stocked with amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Use cleaning equipment to vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces
• Making beds: Change sheets, pillowcases, and blankets
• Stocking: Replenish amenities like food, beverages, and towels
• Trash removal: Empty the trash from rooms
• Guest relations: Greet guests, answer questions, and provide customer service
• Reporting: Report room vacancy status
• Organization: Arrange rooms to impress guests
• Safety: Ensure the safety of the room

Skills

• Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with guests and other staff
• Time management: Be able to clean and prepare rooms within the required timeframe
• Flexibility: Be able to work independently and adapt to different situations
• Customer service: Have strong customer service skills
• Knowledge: Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage procedures, and safety protocols

-Bachelor's degree, or 2 years Graduate in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or any related course.

-Flexible & willing to work on shifting schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 per day
