Full job description

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency across all departments. This leadership role involves managing staff, budgets, and resources while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Job Description:

Operational Oversight

  • Supervise all hotel operations including Human Resources, Admin, Front office, Housekeeping, Food and beverage, IT ,Maintenance, and sales etc.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable hotel performance.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop work schedules and delegate tasks effectively.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
  • Oversee security measures and emergency preparedness.

Marketing & Sales

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Establish relationships with travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Masteral Degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, POS systems).
  • Financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
