As a Management Trainee of Lechon Haus, you will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager and expected to assist in the day to day operations of the restaurant.

The must have's:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred).
  • Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Employee Management, Microsoft Office Proficiency, Problem Solving, Customer Service and Leadership.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Required Qualities: Strong customer service background, passion for food, intuitive, quick-to-action, a willingness to learn, can-do attitude, positive attitude and a team player.
  • STAYS IN DIGOS OR NEAREST AREA / WILLING TO BE RELOCATE
