KNC Group of Companies is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Chowking store operations as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving store goals by assisting in daily operations, particularly in food production, team supervision, and customer service.

Branch Available: Chowking Basak Lapu-Lapu City (Soon to Open)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure sales, quality, and service targets are met
• Execute marketing and sales initiatives, including product launches and suggestive selling programs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and store maintenance standards
• Monitor costs, inventory, and resources to help achieve profitability targets
• Assist in crew training, performance evaluation, and team development
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address service concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
