Full job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. Ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. They lead the team, manage resources, and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and preventive maintenance
  • Manages budgets, controls costs and optimizes sales
  • Monitors food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and food safety
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies
  • Supervises, trains, and evaluates other members of the team
  • Prepares reports as required
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Willing to work in Cavite
