KNC Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Chowking operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM). In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving store objectives by overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Available Branch: Chowking Waltermart Plaridel
Job Summary:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to drive store performance. This position focuses on increasing sales, controlling costs, maintaining high service standards, and developing team members. The ARM monitors sales results, implements labor and cash management plans, ensures smooth daily operations, and promotes a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving sales across dine-in, take-out, and business channels.
- Monitor and implement labor and cash control strategies.
- Maintain Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards.
- Utilize the Feedback Management System (FMS) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and ensure effective service recovery.
- Support training, appraisals, and development of Crew Leaders and trainees.
- Prepare business reports and assist with securing business permits.
- Oversee shift operations to achieve sales, profit, and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant, food service, or retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of operations management, financial control, and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
