1. Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet functions.
• Act as the bridge between the front-of-house (service staff) and back-of-house (culinary team) to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed during peak hours.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure swift, professional resolution.

2. People & Team Management

• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of F&B personnel.
• Prepare staff schedules and delegate tasks based on daily business forecasts.
• Conduct regular team briefings to communicate daily specials, VIP arrivals, and operational targets.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to maintain high service standards.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

• Conduct routine inventories of F&B supplies, kitchenware, linens, and perishables.
• Place orders for depleted stock and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor waste and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the premises adhere strictly to local health codes, sanitation regulations, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Supervise regular deep-cleaning schedules for the dining room, bar, and kitchen back-of-house areas.

5. Administration & Revenue Support

• Assist the F&B Manager in drafting departmental budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing profit margins.
• Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payroll, and generate daily/monthly revenue reports.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by promoting seasonal menus, banquet packages, and catering services.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
