Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Service Management, Food Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with experience in the food service, retail, hospitality, or service industry are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, facilities management, or asset care is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo comprehensive management training and work on a flexible or shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment..
• Area of assignment is LAHUG AND GUADALUPE, CEBU CITY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost management initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash, and administrative controls.
• Manage store assets by ensuring proper equipment care, coordinating preventive maintenance, and maintaining facility standards.

Pay: From Php17,050.00 per month
