Full job description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant – Admin Intern to directly support our CEO in day-to-day administrative, coordination, and operational tasks.
This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in presenting information, and eager to gain hands-on experience working closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate is not just task-oriented, but also proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and understand what should be done next without constant instruction.
The intern will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive operations, effective communication, and well-organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
- Assist with daily administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents, files, and internal records
- Support scheduling of meetings, calls, and appointments
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and basic data reports for monitoring and decision support
- Assist in email management and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
- Track follow-ups and ensure action items are properly monitored and completed
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills
- Good presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain and present information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Word, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Resourceful and capable of solving problems independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and understand what needs to be done next
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
